Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
• 8+ years in supplier management, sourcing, or procurement.
• Strong contracts, compliance, and risk management knowledge.
• Experience with supplier scorecards, metrics, and corrective action planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain supplier scorecards and KPIs aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct regular performance reviews with strategic suppliers.
• Identify performance gaps and lead corrective action plans.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives across the supplier base.
• Monitor supplier adherence to contracts and SLAs.
