Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a proactive and analytical Remote Sourcing Specialist to join our fully remote procurement team. You will identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers to support diverse business needs from home, leveraging digital collaboration tools to connect with stakeholders and partners.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in sourcing or procurement, a relevant degree, strong negotiation and contract management skills, and a proven track record of delivering cost savings and supplier

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or vendor management.
• Proven success in identifying and onboarding suppliers.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Analytical, communicative, and autonomous work style.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential suppliers through market research and analysis.
• Evaluate supplier capabilities, financials, and compliance.
• Lead sourcing projects, including RFPs/RFQs and proposal evaluation.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and SLAs with suppliers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet sourcing needs.
• Oversee supplier onboarding and contract execution.
