Job summary

Dotdigital is seeking a Procurement Manager to consolidate and govern a global supplier base, with focus on SaaS, cloud, and infrastructure contracts. You will report to the Head of Legal and collaborate with Finance, Technology and business teams to secure commercially sharp, well-documented purchasing decisions.

Based in the UK or South Africa, the role covers strategic delivery, policy, contracting risk, supplier management, and cost savings, leveraging automation and AI to streamline

Qualifications

• Substantial procurement experience in SaaS, cloud and technology contracts.
• Experience negotiating complex, high-value contracts within a templates-driven framework.
• Familiarity with data protection, information security and compliance in supplier contracting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and evolve the procurement strategy across the organisation.
• Own end-to-end supplier lifecycle from sourcing to exit with defined owners.
• Run renewal/exit strategies with notice periods and a negotiation playbook.
• Embed data protection and ISO/SOC 2 assurance in negotiations from the outset.
• Manage relationships with large platform vendors and negotiate pricing and terms.
