Sabenza IT & Recruitment seeks an experienced SaaS Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery and implementation of SaaS solutions. You will manage multiple projects, coordinating cross-functional technical and business teams to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery aligned with customer and business requirements.

The role requires proven experience in SaaS implementations, strong stakeholder and vendor management, and a solid understanding of Agile/Scrum and traditional PM methodologies.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in IT, CS, business or project management.
• Proven experience in technology, software or SaaS implementation projects.
• Experience across full software implementation lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of SaaS/cloud environments.
• Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Stakeholder, customer and vendor management experience.
• Cross-functional teamwork with technical teams.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and traditional PM methodologies.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Monday.com or MS Project.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end SaaS delivery and implementation projects.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets and resources.
• Coordinate engineering, product, operations, customer success, vendors and stakeholders.
• Manage configuration, integrations, data migration, testing and deployment.
• Facilitate kick-offs, status meetings and governance activities.
• Identify risks, issues, dependencies and scope changes.
• Ensure clear communication among teams and customers.
• Oversee customer onboarding and implementation activities.
• Apply appropriate delivery methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall/hybrid).
• Track KPIs, deliverables and progress.
• Coordinate UAT, go-live readiness and production deployment.
• Support change management and user adoption.
• Maintain project documentation and reporting standards.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews for continuous improvement.

Summary of role

We are seeking an experienced SaaS Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery and implementation of SaaS solutions. The successful candidate will manage multiple projects, coordinate cross-functional technical and business teams, and ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope and aligned with customer and business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end SaaS implementation projects, from initiation and requirements gathering through deployment, go-live and post-implementation support.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets and resource requirements.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, product, operations, customer success, vendors and business stakeholders.
• Manage software configuration, system integrations, data migration, testing and deployment activities.
• Facilitate project kick-offs, status meetings, steering committees and stakeholder engagements.
• Identify and proactively manage project risks, issues, dependencies and scope changes.
• Ensure effective communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors and customers.
• Manage customer onboarding and implementation activities, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Work within Agile, Scrum, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies as appropriate.
• Track project performance, KPIs, deliverables and implementation progress.
• Coordinate UAT, go-live readiness and production deployment.
• Support change management, training and user adoption initiatives.
• Ensure project documentation, governance and reporting standards are maintained.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Matric and a Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Project Management or a related field.
• Proven experience managing technology, software or SaaS implementation projects.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects across the full software implementation lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of SaaS/cloud-based technology environments.
• Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder, customer and vendor management experience.
• Experience working with cross-functional technical teams.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and traditional project management methodologies.
• Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Monday.com, MS Project or similar.

Advantageous

• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, Agile or equivalent certification.
• Experience delivering enterprise or B2B SaaS solutions.
• Exposure to APIs, system integrations, data migration and cloud technologies.
• Experience managing customer-facing software implementations.
• Experience within a fast-paced technology or SaaS environment.
