Job summary

MRI Software in Cape Town seeks an Implementation Consultant to deploy Horizon and ProLease Enterprise for clients across EMEA. You will guide requirements gathering, design solutions, and lead training sessions while coordinating with stakeholders.

The role requires 2–3 years of business experience, strong communication, and a willingness to travel. The team operates a hybrid model with 3 days from home and a Cape Town office base, aligning with UK hours when needed.

Qualifications

• Degree preferred in IT, Business, Finance, Maths or Accounting.
• Experience with real estate management or lease software is advantageous.
• Experience implementing Horizon or ProLease Enterprise is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem solving and training delivery abilities.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Gather client requirements and implement Horizon/ProLease Enterprise.
• Lead sessions with client personnel to design Horizon solutions.
• Create training materials and deliver remote or on-site trainings.
• Manage project timelines, risks and issues with stakeholders.
• Coordinate resources and tasks to ensure successful implementations.
• Travel to client sites for deployments as needed.
• Support post-implementation optimization and client satisfaction.
