Job summary

Mri Software is seeking a Solution Consultant in Cape Town for a hybrid role that allows working from home 3 days a week. The consultant will configure and customize MRI software to meet customer requirements, support ASC 842 accounting implementations, and manage implementation projects.

Qualifications

• Ideally 1–2 years of work experience in a relevant field.
• Ability to create interfaces to other software applications.
• Experience with SaaS applications is a plus.

Position Overview

This hybrid role is based in Cape Town, with the option to work from home for 3 days per week. As a Solution Consultant you will configure and customize MRI real‑estate software to meet customer requirements, manage implementation projects, and train customers, including support for ASC 842 accounting implementations.

Typical Responsibilities

• Teach in‑person or group sessions to customers.
• Assist customers with setting up MRI Software applications.
• Work with customers to understand and document business requirements.
• Design and write custom business reports for accounting or property management groups.
• Convert business data into MRI.
• Create interfaces to other software applications.
• Enhance MRI by customizing the product using internal and Microsoft tools.
• Test software functionality and verify MRI meets customer expectations.
• Write and publish internal articles on relevant business or software topics.
• Perform SaaS database backups and restores.
• Assist in developing an online training course.

Core Responsibilities

• Co‑plan projects with the project manager.
• Drive project implementations to ensure effective system rollout.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within quality standards.
• Provide new client training and consultancy services on MRI products.
• Keep client decision‑makers informed of progress.
• Participate in project close‑off meetings and facilitate transition to support.
