XCEED seeks a South Africa Partnerships Manager to drive new business, from lead generation to closing deals with clubs, promoters, and event crews in South Africa. Reporting to executive leadership and based in Cape Town, you’ll lay the foundation for our SA hub and scale toward a Country Manager role.

You’ll own the sales cycle, build relationships, run activations, and push digital sales adoption, all while managing time autonomously in a high-energy nightlife market.

Responsabilidades

• Lead generation, prospecting, and deal qualification across South Africa (Cape Town focus).
• Pitch, demo, negotiate, and close SaaS/ticketing partnerships with clubs and promoters.
• Build brand presence through online channels and in-person nightlife events.
• Act as local ambassador, organize activations, and drive digital sales adoption.
• Maintain CRM hygiene, accurate notes, and forecast inputs.
