Job summary

ProjectLink is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a warehouse establishment project in Rustenburg. The role requires the candidate to be based in Rustenburg and to manage the project from planning through implementation and operational handover, coordinating multiple workstreams and keeping the schedule on track.

Key requirements include a National Diploma in Supply Chain Management, PMP certification, at least five years of warehouse establishment experience, strong MS Project

Qualifications

• National Diploma in Supply Chain Management
• PMP certification
• 5+ years of warehouse establishment project experience
• Strong MS Project skills
• Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and establishment of the warehouse
• Define and manage project scope, deliverables and priorities
• Develop, maintain and monitor the project schedule using MS Project
• Coordinate supply chain, warehouse, procurement and project activities
• Manage contractors, service providers and other project stakeholders
• Monitor project progress, risks, costs, quality and deadlines
• Resolve issues affecting project delivery
• Facilitate project meetings and maintain action registers
• Prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders
• Manage operational readiness, handover and close-out
• Ensure commitments are followed to completion
