Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, conducting market research, and using diverse channels to fill roles across multiple sectors. A proactive, results-driven approach and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar recruitment role.
• Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from client brief to offer management.
