You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to extending offers, partnering with hiring managers across the North West region.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in HR or psychology, 3–5 years in recruitment, strong interviewing and negotiation skills, and proven experience with ATS platforms and job

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or related field.
• 3–5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Proven ability to source candidates via LinkedIn and job boards.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment law.
• Excellent interviewing, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with ATS platforms is a must.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments for fit.
• Manage candidate experience with professionalism and engagement.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and plans.
• Maintain ATS with accurate candidate information.
• Extend offers and negotiate terms of employment.
