Job summary

The MSP Engineer supports 24/7 managed services, triaging tickets, resolving incidents, and maintaining service continuity using Jira, RMM and Microsoft 365 tools.

You will work in a collaborative team of architects, consultants and engineers, providing frontline support and contributing to continuous improvement of standard operating procedures.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with ITSM and ticketing platforms.
• Experience in SLA-driven technical support environments.
• Practical exposure to Microsoft 365, Intune, AD, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Monitor support queues and perform initial triage.
• Resolve incidents within MSP Engineer scope and escalate as needed.
• Document findings and maintain ticket ownership through resolution.
• Provide end-user support via phone, email, and remote sessions.
• Assist with device enrollment, patching, and configuration tasks.
