Qualifications

• Knowledge of compliance risk management frameworks and regulatory monitoring.
• Experience with regulatory reporting and monitoring activities.
• Understanding of compliance controls and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the compliance management framework.
• Develop and execute compliance risk management and monitoring plans.
• Conduct compliance reviews, testing, and file sampling.
• Manage regional compliance functions and external compliance providers.
• Assist business units in mitigating compliance risks.
• Perform SOP compliance testing and track corrective actions.
• Draft, implement, and maintain compliance policies.
• Deliver compliance training and regulatory awareness programmes.
• Promote a strong compliance and customer-centric culture.
• Monitor business practices for compliance risks and potential customer harm.
• Escalate compliance and conduct concerns where required.
