• Entry-level up to 2 years’ experience in insurance compliance.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks and governance.

Responsabilités

• Establish and maintain the compliance management framework.
• Develop and execute compliance risk management and monitoring plans.
• Conduct compliance reviews, testing, and file sampling.
• Manage regional compliance functions and external providers.
• Assist business units in mitigating compliance risks.
• Perform SOP compliance testing and track corrective actions.
• Draft, implement, and maintain compliance policies.
• Deliver compliance training and regulatory awareness programmes.
• Promote a strong compliance and customer-centric culture.
