Qualifications

• Experience in performance marketing or paid media roles.
• Hands-on with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Strong understanding of performance metrics, attribution, and CRO.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics to track and analyze data.
• Analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, economics, statistics, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Perform keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing.
• Monitor campaigns daily and adjust based on CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
• Manage budgets to maximize performance goals across channels.
• Collaborate with content and creative teams for effective ad copy and creatives.
• Generate reports with insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
