Qualifications

• Proven track record in performance marketing with an e-commerce focus.
• Experience managing paid search (PPC) and paid social campaigns with significant budgets.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and major ad platforms.
• Strong analytical skills to drive strategic decisions.
• Experience with CRO and A/B testing methodologies.
• Excellent remote communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage high-performance paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, social media platforms, and other channels.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and bid management to optimize spend and effectiveness.
• Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights to improve ROI and KPIs.
• Manage and optimize landing pages for conversion rate improvement, conducting A/B tests and UX analysis.
• Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing and e-commerce advertising.
• Collaborate with content and creative teams to develop compelling ad copy and visuals.
