• Own transport and ability to work shifts.

Responsibilities

• Meet store sales targets and deliver excellent customer service while planning, organizing and controlling store operations.
• Manage, mentor and lead staff to achieve growth and targets.
• Interact with regional managers and merchandisers to evaluate sales strategy and results.
• Enforce AWESOME customer service to deliver a WOW experience and keep customers first.
• Maintain stock, expenses and SOPs to maximise sales and minimise shrinkage.
