Job summary

Guardrisk invites unemployed graduates to join a structured Risk Graduate Programme in Sandton. The twelve-month placement offers hands-on experience across risk identification, assessment, monitoring, reporting, governance and control processes.

You will gain exposure to how risk considerations shape business decisions and operations, supported by mentoring and structured development opportunities. Completion does not guarantee permanent employment, but provides valuable industry experience and

Qualifications

South African citizen.
Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
Fields include Risk Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, Auditing, Statistics, Mathematics or related discipline.
Currently unemployed.
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Good attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Ability to analyse information and communicate findings clearly.
Willingness to learn and develop within a financial services environment.
Must be 18 – 35 years old

Support risk management activities across the business.
