Job summary

The twelve-month placement offers practical exposure to regulatory monitoring, policy implementation, reporting, governance, and compliance across the business.

Role Purpose

The Compliance Graduate Programme provides a structured development opportunity for an unemployed graduate who is interested in building a career in compliance within the financial services and insurance industry. The graduate will gain practical workplace experience by supporting compliance management activities across the business, including regulatory compliance monitoring, policy implementation, compliance assessments, reporting, governance, and adherence to legislative and regulatory requirements. The role will provide exposure to how compliance requirements are integrated into business processes, decision-making, and operational activities to ensure the organisation meets its legal, regulatory, and ethical obligations. Through practical experience, mentoring, and structured development opportunities, the graduate will develop the technical, analytical, and professional capabilities required to establish a strong foundation for a career in compliance management. Completion of the graduate programme does not guarantee permanent employment but provides valuable industry experience and career development. As a Graduate, you will be employed for a period of twelve (12) months.
