Guardrisk, a leading cell captive insurer in South Africa, invites unemployed graduates to join a structured Compliance Graduate Programme. The twelve-month placement offers practical exposure to regulatory monitoring, policy implementation, reporting, governance, and compliance across the business.

You will work under mentorship, develop technical and analytical skills, and gain insight into how compliance informs decision-making and operations in financial services and insurance.

Qualifications

• South African citizenship and currently unemployed.
• Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma at NQF Level 7.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Organised with ability to maintain accurate records.
• Willing to learn and develop in a compliance/regulatory environment.
