Job summary

KPMG in Johannesburg seeks a motivated Enterprise Risk Management Graduate for a three-year training contract. You will support the ERM team in delivering risk management solutions to diverse clients, gaining hands-on experience across workshops, policy development, and assurance activities.

On-the-job training and content capacitation are provided, with exposure to risk appetite, maturity assessments and development of ERM deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the facilitation of risk workshops
• Supporting ERM framework and policy development
• Contributing to combined assurance and maturity assessments
• Helping develop appetite and tolerance statements
• Assisting with ERM solutions across client engagements

• Support in business development and proposals
