Placements24 is seeking a Regional Insurance Sales Executive to cover Richards Bay and surrounding areas. This hybrid role balances in-office collaboration with field client engagement to grow our insurance product portfolio.

You will develop new business, nurture relationships, present solutions, and work with underwriting and claims teams to ensure outstanding service. A strong track record in insurance sales and a valid driver’s license are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance sales.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of various insurance products and services.
• Excellent selling, negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
• Ability to work independently and balance office and field responsibilities.
• A relevant insurance qualification or license is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Reside within or relocate to Richards Bay area.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales objectives for insurance products.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering suitable insurance solutions.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to effectively communicate value propositions.
• Negotiate terms and close sales, ensuring profitable business acquisition.
• Manage a sales pipeline, track progress, and provide regular sales reports to management.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriting and claims, to ensure seamless client service delivery.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
• Provide exceptional customer service to retain clients and generate referrals.
