Job summary

Bodyarmor, a Coca-Cola bottler, seeks a Consultant for Revenue Growth Management Technologies in Johannesburg. You will partner with Africa Operating Unit and bottlers to deploy digital RGM solutions, shaping roadmaps and delivering measurable business value.

You will work with regional teams and external partners to translate requirements into actionable product deployments, with emphasis on data-driven insights, AI use cases, and user adoption across sales, marketing, and distribution

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business and IT disciplines (or related).
• Project Management or Agile certificate is a plus.
• 5+ years in revenue growth management/promotions in FMCG/retail.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Practical experience managing digital initiatives from ideation to go-live.

Responsibilities

• Act as a business ambassador across Africa OU and bottlers, driving adoption of RGM capabilities.
• Translate business requirements into product enhancements and deployment plans.
• Coordinate with leaders across units to align strategy and outcomes.
• Manage diverse stakeholders including partners, vendors and teams.
• Lead deployments from ideation to go-live and adoption.
