Network Finance seeks a senior antenna and RF design engineer to lead the development of advanced antenna systems and RF products, from concept through validation.

The role involves close collaboration with customers, project teams, and manufacturing to ensure engineering excellence and timely delivery across multiple projects.

Candidates should have extensive MATLAB and FEKO experience, and a track record of delivering high-performance RF solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years' experience in antenna and RF design engineering.
• Essential BEng Hons in Electronic Engineering.
• Experience with 1 MHz to 9 GHz frequency range.

Responsabilités

• Act as the technical lead on engineering projects.
• Take ownership of all technical aspects to ensure successful project delivery.
• Lead conceptual antenna design activities.
• Develop, build, and test antenna prototypes.
• Design RF circuits including filters, switches, and amplifiers.
• Produce detailed RF designs and technical documentation.
• Perform testing, qualification, and validation of RF products.
• Prepare technical reports, product specifications, manuals, and test procedures.
• Support technical sales activities and customer interactions.
• Participate in customer meetings, technical training, and resolution of complex technical challenges.
