Job summary

Network Finance is seeking an RF engineer to lead the design and development of antennas and RF products, collaborating across teams to meet customer requirements and ensure high-quality documentation. The role covers RF product development from concept to industrialisation, with QA and manufacturing support.

The ideal candidate has an Electronics/Electronic Engineering degree with RF specialization and a postgraduate RF qualification, plus experience in RF design, reporting, and customer

Qualifications

• Degree in Electronics/Electronic Engineering with RF specialization.
• Postgraduate qualification with RF specialization preferred.
• Experience in RF engineering, antenna design and/or RF product development.
• Strong technical documentation and report-writing.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace or similar productivity tools.
• Understanding of business economics, costing and financial principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of antennas and RF products.
• Gather, analyse and influence customer requirements to develop suitable technical solutions.
• Design and develop filters, duplexers and splitters.
• Design and develop power and signal distribution solutions for communication towers and related structures.
• Take RF products from concept and design through testing, manufacturing and industrialisation.
• Participate in manufacturing setup, product testing and quality assurance.
• Support production planning and contribute to component sourcing and technical decisions.
• Engage directly with customers and end-users to understand technical requirements.
• Manage customer approvals, certifications and technical documentation.
• Prepare and author high-quality technical reports, specifications and engineering documentation.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to solve complex engineering and product-development challenges.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, innovation and the development of commercially viable RF solutions.
• Support the achievement of ISO 9001 quality standards and broader business objectives.
