You will oversee antenna design, simulations with HFSS/AWR, test plans, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to integrate RF solutions into products. Mentoring junior engineers and shaping the RF roadmap are key aspects.

Qualifications

• PhD or Master in Electrical Engineering with RF specialization.
• 10+ years of RF circuit and system design experience in wireless.
• Proficient in RF design tools (ADS, AWR, HFSS) and RF test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead RF system design including antennas, filters, amplifiers and transceivers.
• Perform RF simulations and modeling with industry tools (HFSS, CST).
• Develop and execute RF test plans; analyze results against specs.
• Collaborate with hardware, software, and systems eng to integrate RF solutions.
• Mentor junior RF engineers and shape the RF roadmap.
• Stay updated on 5G, mmWave, and beamforming advancements.
• Create design specifications, test reports, and patent disclosures.
