Network Finance seeks a technically strong RF engineer to translate customer requirements into practical, commercially viable solutions. You will collaborate with customers and internal teams on product development, manufacturing, testing and quality assurance, and lead R&D efforts to industrialise new products.

Responsibilities include designing antennas, filters, duplexers, and distribution systems, obtaining required approvals, and ensuring alignment with financial and quality objectives.

Qualifikationen

• Electronics degree with RF specialization.
• Postgraduate RF specialization preferred.

Aufgaben

• Design, develop and industrialise antennas, filters, duplexers and splitters to meet customer requirements.
• Gather and interpret customer requirements to develop appropriate technical solutions.
• Consult with customers and end-users to understand power and signal distribution requirements for communication towers and related structures.
• Design, develop and industrialise solutions that address identified needs.
• Ensure that the required customer approvals and certifications are obtained.
• Participate in manufacturing setup, product testing and quality assurance activities.
• Contribute to production planning and component sourcing decisions.
• Support compliance with applicable quality management processes.
• Lead the R&D function, contributing to the development and industrialisation of new and existing products.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet technical and commercial requirements.
• Contribute to business unit performance in line with agreed financial and operational objectives.
• Support customer satisfaction, teamwork and adherence to the organisation's quality management framework.

• Proven ability to prepare and author technical documentation
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace or similar productivity tools
