Job summary

Profile Personnel Ltd is seeking an experienced Revenue Controller to oversee revenue management, tenant billing, credit control and accounts receivable across a portfolio of commercial properties.

You will lead and develop the Accounts Receivable team, manage debtor risk and ensure compliance with lease agreements and financial controls while collaborating with Property Management, Leasing and Legal to resolve account issues.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years' experience in credit control, revenue management, A/R or commercial property finance.
• At least 3 years' supervisory/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee rental income and other lease-related revenue.
• Ensure accurate tenant billing and recovery schedules.
• Develop and implement credit control strategies.
• Monitor aged debtors and collections performance.
• Lead the Accounts Receivable team and ensure internal controls.
