The role focuses on accurate revenue recognition, improving cash flow, and strengthening tenant relationships.

Competenze

• 4-5 years of experience in revenue or accounts receivable roles.
• Experience with commercial property revenue, billing, and collections is essential.
• Strong analytical and leadership abilities.

Mansioni

• Oversee revenue streams including rent, operating costs, municipal and utility recoveries.
• Ensure accurate tenant billing in line with lease agreements and escalations.
• Lead the Accounts Receivable team and supervise Supervisors.
• Monitor debtor ageing and drive cash flow improvements.
• Prepare management reports on collections, arrears and forecasts.
