Staff Unlimited Recruitment is seeking a Revenue Controller - Property Administration to oversee revenue streams, billing accuracy, and lease-driven recoveries within a dynamic property portfolio. The role demands strong leadership, analytical skills, and a focus on collections to optimise cash flow.

The position emphasizes collaboration with Property Managers, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure compliance and timely revenue recognition in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree or diploma in accounting, finance or related field.
• 3-5 years in credit control, revenue management or accounts receivable.
• 3 years in supervisory/management role.
• Experience in commercial property management is advantageous.
• Experience managing large debtor books and high-value tenant accounts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee revenue streams across the property portfolio, including rental income and recoveries.
• Ensure accurate tenant billing aligned to lease agreements and recovery schedules.
• Review and approve monthly billing schedules prior to processing.
• Monitor lease dates to optimise revenue and perform lease reviews to resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with lease agreements and relevant legislation.
• Lead Accounts Receivable Team and mentor Supervisors.
• Develop credit control policies and improve cash flow through collections.
