Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in accounting/finance/property studies/business management or related field.
• 3-5 years' experience in credit control, revenue management, accounts receivable, finance or commercial property finance.
• 3 years' supervisory or management experience.
• Experience in commercial property management/real estate/property administration is advantageous.
• Proven ability to manage large debtor books and high-value tenant accounts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee revenue streams across the property portfolio: rental income, operating cost recoveries, municipal recoveries, utilities, parking, turnover rental, and other recoveries.
• Ensure accurate tenant billing aligned to lease agreements and recovery schedules.
• Monitor lease milestones and renewal dates to optimise revenue.
• Review lease reviews and resolve revenue discrepancies; ensure compliance with lease terms and policies.
