Job summary

Level Up - Your Talent Partner is seeking two experienced Revenue Controllers to oversee revenue management, tenant billing and accounts receivable for a portfolio of commercial properties. You will drive collections, supervise AR staff and implement revenue assurance processes.

The role requires strong knowledge of commercial property administration, lease billing and debt collection, along with proven leadership capabilities. Shortlisted candidates may undergo psychometric assessments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting/Finance/Property Studies or related field.
• Three to five years of experience in credit control, revenue management, accounts receivable or commercial property finance.
• At least three years of supervisory or management experience.
• Experience with large debtor books and high-value commercial accounts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee revenue streams across the assigned property portfolio and ensure accurate tenant billing.
• Drive collection strategies to reduce debtor days and improve cash flow.
• Lead accounts receivable employees and supervisors to meet targets.
• Review aged debtors and manage tenant account disputes and reconciliations.
• Prepare management reports on collections, arrears and revenue risk.
