Job summary

West Coast Personnel seeks an experienced Store Operations Manager to oversee a Gauteng retail outlet, driving sales, profitability, and high-quality customer service in line with company standards.

You will lead stock, merchandising, budgeting, and daily operations while coaching a team to achieve targets and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 is essential.
• Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Retail Sales and/or Marketing.
• At least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience from Automotive Parts / Aftermarket Retail sector.
• Computer literate (MS Office Suite; ERP, SAP).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
