Job summary

West Coast Personnel is seeking an experienced Store Manager for a KwaZulu-Natal store. You will oversee daily operations to achieve sales, profitability, and targets, and develop strategies, plans, and promotions to maximise revenue.

You will manage inventory, pricing, and merchandising, monitor market trends, and ensure security, safety, and regulatory compliance while delivering outstanding customer service and building strong stakeholder relationships. Leadership of staff is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing (NQF 6) or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in retail sales or marketing.
• At least 3 years in a supervisory/management role.
• Strong leadership, planning and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
