The ideal candidate holds a Matric/Grade 12, a Diploma in Business Administration, Sales or Marketing, and has 5 years of retail experience with up to 3 years in a supervisory role, plus automotive parts industry knowledge and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifikationen

• Matric/Grade 12 (minimum) and a Diploma in Business Administration, Sales or Marketing.
• 5 years of retail sales/marketing experience, including up to 3 years at supervisory level.
• Automotive parts sales industry experience.
• Strong MS Office and communication skills.
• Proactive, action-oriented, resilient and customer-focused with strong planning and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage daily store operations to meet sales and profitability targets.
• Oversee stock availability, pricing, promotions and merchandising.
• Manage the store budget, control expenditure and identify cost savings.
• Supervise, schedule, appraise and develop store staff.
• Build strong customer relationships and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with legal, risk, and health and safety requirements, and maintain store security.
