Job summary

Skills Excellence in Pretoria is seeking an experienced Retail Sales Leader to drive daily operations, deliver superb customer service, and grow the existing and new customer base.

The role requires Matric and a Diploma in Sales/Marketing, 5 years in retail sales with 3 years in supervision, and strong MS Excel skills. You will collaborate with HR to uphold health and safety standards and manage costs within the budget.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations with customer care for existing and new customers.
• Plan advertising, sales promotions, displays and merchandising.
• Analyze profit and loss statements.
• Supervise staff and conduct performance reviews; coordinate training.
• Ensure legal compliance and health and safety standards with HR.
• Control costs and manage budget in financial operations.
