Qualifikationen

• Grade 12 with Maths and English (50% each)
• Desirable: Degree in Retail/Business Management
• Minimum 1 year in an assistant store management role within retail/FMCG
• Financial management experience (budgets, P&L, ratios)

Aufgaben

• Drive sales and build customer loyalty to meet targets
• Manage stock, expenses, shrinkage and general housekeeping
• Execute in-store visual merchandising to meet brand standards
• Support Store Manager with staff motivation and scheduling
• Ensure adherence to labour policies and staffing levels
• Deliver excellent customer experience and drive club card participation
• Handle administrative tasks including attendance records and HR submissions
