Job summary

Zohorecruit Bloemfontein store is seeking an energetic Store Supervisor to help drive daily sales and customer satisfaction. You will support the Store Manager, supervise shifts, and ensure adherence to service standards and company values.

You will monitor stock, manage cash procedures, and contribute to upselling and product knowledge to maximize revenue while coordinating staff scheduling as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years retail experience (essential).
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience (advantageous).
• Strong sales and customer service orientation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability and decision-making skills.
• High level of energy, confidence, and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Supervise staff during shifts, ensuring productivity and accountability.
• Ensure all staff adhere to customer service standards and company values.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure all cash handling, banking, and procedures are followed accurately.
• Drive upselling, cross-selling, and product knowledge to maximize revenue.
• Assist with staff scheduling and shift planning when required.
