Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience focused on retail.
• Experience recruiting for Store Managers, Assistant Managers, Sales Associates, Buyers, Merchandisers.
• Familiarity with recruitment software, job boards and ATS.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Based in or able to commute to East London for this office-based role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for retail positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract candidates for roles across various retail functions, from front-line to management.
• Build and maintain relationships with retail clients, understanding their brand and staffing needs.
• Conduct candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and suitability for retail roles.
• Stay informed about retail industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
• Ensure a professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client data within the ATS.
• Collaborate with team members to share market insights and best practices.
• Achieve and exceed recruitment targets for the retail sector.
• Assist with candidate onboarding processes where necessary.
