Job summary

Pedros is seeking a Recruitment Officer to deliver high-volume recruitment support for our Johannesburg stores. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for crew, entry-level, supervisory and junior management roles, ensuring timely filling of vacancies with qualified candidates.

You will work closely with Store and Operations Managers to align workforce needs, build candidate pipelines, and deliver a professional recruitment experience with accuracy, compliance, and strong candidate engagement.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years' experience in recruitment or HR administration.
• Experience in high-volume recruitment or multi-site environments.
• Experience recruiting for entry-level and frontline positions.
• Retail/FMCG/hospitality or high-turnover experience advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for crew and store roles.
• Screen applications and conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews.
• Coordinate recruitment across Johannesburg stores.
• Build candidate pipelines and manage offers and pre-employment checks.
• Provide updates to store and operations managers.
