Job summary

Clicks Group Limited in Johannesburg Metropolitan is seeking a temporary Sales Associate to manage point-of-sale operations, ensure accurate cash handling and promote clubcard benefits.

You will deliver friendly service, maintain store standards, enroll new clubcard members and communicate promotions to customers to drive sales.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience in retail/FMCG store operations.
• Understanding of stock management and merchandising.
• Basic maths and numeracy skills.

Responsibilities

• To efficiently execute all operational activities at the point of sale in a timely and efficient manner.
• To maintain high levels of accuracy when scanning merchandise and collecting payment for goods purchased, including actioning clubcard rewards.
• To enroll new clubcard members and promote promotions to customers.
• To deliver superior customer service by acting as a brand ambassador, offering friendly and professional service.
• To maintain store standards and housekeeping according to visual merchandising guidelines.
• To support the company values and provide updated knowledge on products, ranges, promotions and events.
