Job summary

The role requires basic maths, a retail/FMCG background, and the ability to work well with others during busy periods.

You will deliver excellent customer service, maintain merchandising standards, enroll new clubcard members, and stay updated on promotions and product ranges to assist customers effectively.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver service excellence through in-store operations at the point of sale.
• Promote Clicks clubcard and enroll new members to meet participation targets.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and secure transactions.
• Maintain merchandising and housekeeping standards per store guidelines.
• Provide friendly, professional service and act as a brand ambassador.
