About the Role

This role involves a mix of in-store support and remote administrative tasks, offering a hybrid work model. You will assist with inventory management, operational efficiency, and staff support, playing a vital role in ensuring that stores operate at peak performance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, possesses strong organizational skills, and has a desire to contribute to the operational success of a dynamic retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing inventory levels, including stock counts, ordering, and receiving procedures.
• Support the implementation of operational policies and procedures across retail locations.
• Help troubleshoot and resolve operational issues as they arise, coordinating with store managers.
• Prepare operational reports and analyze store performance data.
• Provide administrative support to the retail operations team, including scheduling and communication.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail operations, administration, or a related field is preferred.
