Managed People Solutions in Pretoria CBD is offering a 12-month Wholesale and Retail Operations Learnership for unemployed youth aged 18–28. Successful candidates will gain hands-on merchandising experience while studying for a National Certificate in Wholesale and Retail Operations at NQF Level 2.

The programme provides a monthly stipend of R3,500 and is targeted at Matric holders living in Pretoria CBD or surrounding areas. No previous work experience is required.

Responsabilidades

• Determine which stock needs to be merchandised.
• Check product quality, vintage, shelf life, stock rotation and price tags.
• Carry out merchandising activities according to the cycle brief.
• Provide feedback on customer complaints, queries and requests.
• Maintain and communicate knowledge of products and promotions.
• Accurately record merchandising activities.
• Complete store calls according to the call cycle.
• Advise the Regional Sales Manager about out-of-stock products.
