Managed People Solutions Pty invites unemployed youth across South Africa to apply for a Wholesale & Retail Operations Learnership Programme. Earn a National Certificate in Wholesale and Retail Operations (NQF Level 2) while gaining hands-on experience in merchandising within retail store environments.

The programme offers real workplace exposure, skills development, and on‑the‑job training, with a monthly stipend of R3,500 over 12 months.

Qualifications

• Aged 18–28 years.
• Completed National Senior Certificate (Matric).
• No prior work experience required.
• Based in Pretoria CBD or surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Determine stock to be merchandised.
• Draw stock requirements.
• Check product quality, vintage, shelf life, stock rotation, and price tags.
• Execute merchandising activities as per cycle brief.
• Provide feedback on customer complaints, queries, and requests.
• Communicate and maintain knowledge of products and promotions.
• Record merchandising activities and execute store calls as per call cycle.
• Advise on out-of-stock products.
