Job summary

picknpay is seeking a capable Retail Manager to lead Audio Vision and Large Appliances departments. You will drive sales, manage stock, and ensure superior customer experiences across shifts.

Requirements include 3–5 years in retail management, a matric, and a track record of meeting targets. You will guide a team, enforce merchandising standards, and monitor budgets to boost profitability.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or higher; retail management qualification advantageous.
• Minimum 3–5 years' experience in retail management, preferably in General Merchandise or Electronics.
• Proven track record in achieving sales and operational targets.
• Strong merchandising principles and stock management understanding.
• Ability to work retail hours.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and profitability within Audio Vision and Large Appliances categories.
• Manage GMD operations to meet budgets, turnover and gross profit targets.
• Monitor sales and expense budgets; analyse variances and act on them.
• Lead stock and merchandising to ensure optimal levels and planogram compliance.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and resolve queries professionally.
• Lead, coach and evaluate sales team performance.
