Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of inventory control, ensuring accuracy from goods received to final sale.
• Conduct regular stocktakes (cycle counts and periodic inventories) and reconcile discrepancies.
• Implement and maintain efficient stock management procedures and systems.
• Monitor stock levels and report on stock movement, sales trends, and potential overstock or stockout situations.
• Process all stock-related documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure proper storage and organization of inventory within the warehouse and store.
• Collaborate with the purchasing and sales teams to forecast stock needs and manage replenishment.
• Assist in the identification and management of slow-moving or obsolete stock.
• Uphold security procedures to prevent stock loss and damage.
