Job summary

Dante Personnel seeks a Retail Business Administrator Assistant to support the Head of Retail New Business Development. The role requires experience in the retail fuel sector, especially renovations or new site development, and strong administrative capabilities.

The successful candidate will coordinate renovation projects, maintain records, follow up with contractors, and manage multiple tasks while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery from an office in Pretoria East.

Qualifications

• Matric (minimum educational requirement).
• Experience in retail fuel / petroleum industry – essential.
• Experience with service station renovations, upgrades or new site development – essential.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Head of Retail New Business Development.
• Coordinate service station renovation and development projects.
• Maintain and update project documentation and records.
• Follow up with contractors, suppliers, consultants and stakeholders.
• Assist with obtaining documentation, approvals and licences.
• Monitor progress and track outstanding actions.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets and presentations when required.
• Coordinate meetings and action items.
• Assist with general administration for new sites and upgrades.
