Job summary

Pepkor Speciality in KwaZulu-Natal is seeking a Store Supervisor to support the Store Manager in maximizing profits by increasing sales, managing stock and controlling expenses. You will lead a team, maintain a high standard on the sales floor and ensure stock handling and policy adherence.

The role requires Matric or equivalent, 3–5 years retail experience, strong customer service, good communication and computer literacy.

• Three to five years retail experience as a Shop Assistant
• Computer Literate
• Good communication skills
• Further qualifications related to retail/business will be an advantage.
