You will lead from the front, coach staff, manage stock and visual presentation, and act as Manager on Duty when required; experience in retail leadership and strong interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Matric is required.
• Leadership experience in a busy retail environment.
• Technical proficiency with POS systems and Excel.
• Strong organisational and people-management skills.
• Confident communicator with interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations.
