Mr Price Home Canal Walk is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a dynamic team, drive sales, and deliver a vibrant shopping experience. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to meet targets, coach staff, and maintain store standards across merchandising, inventory, and customer service.

In this role you will oversee opening/closing procedures, payroll-related tasks, stock replenishment, and visual displays while upholding safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 qualification completed.
• Minimum 3 years in a retail environment.
• Budgeting and financial acumen relevant to store operations.
• Business understanding of retail trade, brand, customer and product.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store team to meet targets.
• Train staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to drive sales strategies.
• Manage inventory including ordering and stock counts.
• Maintain appealing visual merchandising.
